A Quiet Period Poem: A quiet period when you are still awake is a state of grace. Sitting cross-legged doesn’t turn you into a tree toad like some people think. You can get an inner experience reporting pass. The sound current is the same thing as pure ecstasy. If you just go up into you head and leave your body below that is when you cease to be a toad. You can turn your mind into a dead tree stump and just release your Soul by repeating your mantra. You do not have to be consciously aware that your are a Buddhist it is almost like eliminating your ego. You can highly develop your plug-in until you see Him. You can meditate at 5am and 5pm in Winter which is a standard and is classical. You can stop being in a hurry and read the contemplative series. You can develop your inner hearing. You can take your brain up to a greater space if you just play dead. You can do a refresh and start again as if new. You can do this during a recess from your person. For your health alone it is worth it. You can take the political position of just not-being. Most things that you follow are useless and hollow. You can just not get a Doctorate in just being shallow. You can dedicate at least another hour.
