Open Sesame Poem: You can turn your Third Eye into a cave of treasure just by saying Open sesame. You can put your body on just standby. There is no need for anything but the present. In the early morning I eat three grapes and three raspberries. With regular practice you can enjoy consistent bliss once you reach critical mass. It is very similar to creating a habit. It only takes about 40 days. At 10,000 hours you finally reach advanced. It is very similar to the Olympics. You can become world class by just taking my class. To be completely withdrawn does not require that you stop breathing. In the future you will be able to meditate at your electric car recharge station. Domestic serenity is very similar to mental stillness and leads to fulfillment. You can domesticate peace by sitting in some place.
