The Good things in Life poem: Most of the good things in Life is just about lengthening your practice time. It is also about trying to save every dime. Because every dollar spent is just time wasted. You can still enjoy the pleasure of reading a library book. If you get a $10 a month flip phone you can still save your number. If people want to reach you they can just call your internet agent who can then txt you. Your full attention in the present can make it seem to you like you are the Emperor. To decrease the time that you are distracted you could just increase the time you are withdrawn. A fat butted blogger should just have his internet shutoff. Otherwise he’ll become a hog and a big fat bloob. You can have an adult quiet time, it can be very frequent, it does not have to be in a mosque. You can just do Simran which is like bowing to God. You can set the reset button and just get young. We had said the purpose of Life is to meditate, play tennis and volleyball and read books. As well as write poetry and play piano. The theory is the offloading of my stuff has set me up for a launch. With the lightening of your load you can easily go up. The real autonomous zone is inside you. You can meditate for three hours instead of protest. You can put on the meditation show and be a professional. Meditation is easy if you have expanded your right understanding and increased your detachment. You can create a balanced biosphere just inside your body. A Poem by David Smith NYC November 30, 2019 #goodthingsinLife #flipphone #library #reading #volleyball #tennis #meditation #poetry #piano
