Meditate with Me Poem: In my religion, you are a hesychast and transcendentalist who practices Zen. If you are serious you will pursue the Wisdom provided by the sound current. You can become increasingly simple and still be an intellectual. Meditation is self-authenticating and self evident. It just requires a sustained trial. You can do yoga as preparation if you want a stable asana. Contemplative studies can be your Art. You can just watch samsara play out on the shore. You can always be in the light by going inside yourself at night and outside in the day. The great level of simplicity in which you say your mantras might just lower your blood pressure. You could meditate at night and just run in the day that would definitely lower your BMI. A hotel room in some ways is like a minimalist apartment. When you move from place to place you can still conserve your headspace. Your storage space could be at the hotel by the airport. You could do your writing at the Rose Room of the Public Library. I am also the Chief Lobby Pianist and Pietist. I am mindful particularly upon people’s arrival. I can espouse Church Doctrine. The top of my head is used as the Surge protector. You can leave part of the room empty to enable the self to expand. You could write a Third Eye maintenance manual and call it your poetry. If the SatGurus come in groups it is more authentic. You can just sort of maintain the ecstasy of mind sort of like Benjamin - you can just stay in your room as your Bridegroom. You can re-enact your trial or just be gone. It is important to maintain a way to teleport yourself regardless of your location including when you travel for which it is best that you be totally enlightened. Otherwise your attention might be degenerated. Long attention span activities are work like writing a book while short ones are just interference with work.
