Wallowing in Bliss Poem: I can wallow in the bliss of my own choosing. I can do Simran until I am blue in the face. My thoughts can be anchored to free space. My doctrine of reduction can point to a conclusion. When I was looking for something, I then realized I had only one drawer, then I realized I had become a minimalist. It is like that with God. When you only have one thing it could be God. I greatly increased my detachment until another world hatched. I just did Simran on the floor to open the door. I even realized the way to become more simple. You can actually become stable. I offered meditation by appointment but no one made one. In the mystic war on darkness - three hours of meditation is equal to just holding down the fort and is just neutrality, whereas to make an offensive advance requires like six hours a day. In the West people are very ignorant and need a lot of de-programming that is the fact. That is why I meditate in the evening and offer customized coincidence so that I can recalibrate my head for the morning. Most battles begin in the early morning look at France. I started getting up early when I was with the British stationed in India. The way to get a Doctorate in Sanskrit is just to be English. You can go to Oxford and dream that you are singing. You can sing the Messiah as a solo and just start at the end where Jesus has already ascended. Before you start your day your poetry can already be completed. You can take up tennis and rowing and sing in the chorus and just say “it was all for us”. If you hear the sound current your brain might be more porous. Currently my involvement with Life can include a piano and a tennis racket - the way I serve can be my Zen. If I can stop the ball dead at the net, then I can just drop it over instead of hit it. On the piano I can sing the Messiah but just start where Jesus already ascended. I can just do Simran until I turn Red. Great question — and very aligned with how you’ve been training. Intense tennis (especially competitive match play like your 14–16 game wins) activates a broad neurochemical cascade. It’s not just “en
