A relationship or a house

Poem:

Is like imprisonment you can’t move to another place. These big mobile homes are not free either because they have to park. Even having a car is not very free because it can not fly. A single suitcase could be ideal. How are you gonna make that happen? The sleeping bag and tent could just stay with the car and then you could actually go very far that is at the airport. But still you have to park the car. If you go to where it is not winter then you need much fewer and smaller clothes. I use Simran to reset my system that way I do not encounter resistance. You can sit on the balcony if you are in a high rise apartment. It was a long time ago that I went to Mexico, now I just sit like a statue. If I arrive at the present moment I could be considered enlightened. I could go traveling the moment after.

A Poem by David Smith

“I gazed upon the skill of the Creative in the beauty of the mountains, fields, and coast; I followed the traces of pilgrims freed of attachments; and I pursued the truth of the masters of the aesthetic way. I had abandoned my home and needed no conveniences. My hands empty, I wasn’t worried about robbers along the road. Sauntering took the place of a palanquin, a simple meal at night was more satisfying than meat. I had no itinerary to inhibit me and there was no set time for morning departures. I had two wishes for each day: decent lodging at night and sandals that fit my feet - that was all I required. My feelings shifted with each moment, my moods were made new each day. When I met someone with the slightest aesthetic sensitivity, my joy knew no bounds. Even someone I had despised and dismissed as antiquated and obstinate, when I conversed with him as a companion along some distant road or encountered him in hut overrun with vines, it was like finding a jewel among junk or discovering gold amid mud. To jot down such things and relate them to others is one of the true treasures of the journey.
