Convicts and Covid

Poem:

Without the crudeness of your ego your gentle Soul can have a merger. If you give up clinging then not so much will be stinging. You can empty your head of projects and become a declutterer. You can refurbish your brain just by meditation. The center sushumna can be opened up like a grand boulevard that you can drive on a Sunday. Darshan Singh can be your principal poet at least in Urdu. After 44 years of drifting you can finally come to the rapids. You do not have to be like a dead tree log and can show some life by just having some devotion. If you are to be a mystic you must skip a few steps. You can continue to meditate right up to the point where you crack the egg of your ego. First thing you meditate naturally, then you read scripture, then you can podcast, then you can play volleyball, after that comes a shower, then Global Meditation in Place with Rajinder, after that is Yoga, then comes garage decluttering, then a walk to town that is not too long, then you can have some grapes then start afternoon meditation. You can make yourself blessed just by paying attention. The sex energy can be pushed up the center sort of like playing with fire like a yogi in India. People have wasted so much time in not protesting against their own ignorance. The cities have become hell holes of convicts and Covid. It was thought all along that it would be better to go to the mountains. You can say open sesame in the headspace just in front of you. You can be a focused contemplative. An advanced meditator is not bothered by events in the world because he is having inner experiences. This is like stating the obvious.
