This morning I held my breathe for 80 seconds and did not cough, I guess I am still alive. As added safety, we will not even set foot inside a Deli, Grocery store or pharmacy. I wanted to buy alcohol wipes but we can just use what we have for now. We are just going to hibernate until we see the exponential peak. When I go out to exercise I come back and take off my shoes and disinfect the bottom. All the doorknobs and light switches are recleaned and wiped along with the phone. I shower in the basement and leave my outside clothes there. My meditation hours are doubled and the flowing Grace is tripled. We sip green tea every 15 minutes. PS. Don’t eat sugar so you are not diabetic. In New York when you see a dangerous looking character you cross the street and walk on the other side - now you do so for everyone. Washing clothes has become more frequent. It is a good time for house cleaning. So far we cleaned the stove, deep cleaned and decluttered the bathroom, put away the winter clothes. I try to do global decluttering annually - that means every nock and granny. Maybe deep breathing of alcohol clorox and soap while you are cleaning will help.
