You can overcome your quant observances and passive urges. Social distancing is a real developed option in mysticism. Being a hermit is quite common. It is beautiful to go into Maha-Samadhi and just stay there. It is best if you just don’t move. You can actually complete your merger. Simran for a very long time might change your brain’s cell structure. It is better than attending a lecture. From this crisis there could be a new Renaissance like the last one. From Coronis was born Asclepius.
