Meditation

The cure for the human condition in general is meditation. We should be clear about the fact that meditation is my favorite sport. Coronavirus is not the only thing that grows exponentially. I always wanted to go on a #camping #spiritualretreat now is my opportunity. My #mask can feel like my #tent I can just go inside myself and dedicate my practice to the #medicalprofession One second here can be like one minute there. Baby Boomer have never experienced suffering, they think that is something that happened in World War II. It appears Pax Americana is almost over. Mysticism is still a province of the few which is too bad. If you meditate continuously your butt might hurt - what of it. Today the bird sang at 6:10
