Meditation is Salvation

Poem:

At first you can be troubled in thought then you can just sink into absolution. People must not understand that meditation is salvation. You can take up the practice of dying rather than waste your time on those people who are lying. Just doing Simran forever is the same thing as becoming god. The insanity of mind can be overcome with the passage of time. The pull to heaven could be your guru or just your own chi. A significant buildup in Chi could lead to harmony. The repetition of charged names can be raised to an art form if you just add zeal and passion. You do not have to be pulled down by others by persistent concentration. Before the awakening of another day you can become the bridegroom. You can experience the pleasures of God in high style. By becoming truly detached is how you leave the world and that takes practice not tennis but meditation. You can come under the protection of Swami Ji that way you do not have to suffer and die. If you missed following him in 1818 you can always just re-apply. It is chastity that puts cartilage in the joints -western doctors still know very little - that is why they are so easily defeated by the coronavirus. If you just do Simran while sitting on the floor you can connect to sunlight. Spirituality is the same as autonomy. The ultimate autonomy is to escape off the earth. Self development requires independence. A person can experience gluttony by failing to first eat spiritually. The solution may be to first meditate before you have a date. You can just keep on sitting until the excessive chi dissipates or keeps on building. You do not have to be easily swayed but can restrain your brain.

My knee did not complain

So my brain was grateful The first step in athletic performance is union with God. I reached a state of being healthy enough to not eat....
