My knees lined up like willing slaves

But only after being trained relentlessly.  After making them stand up for eight and a half hours of nonstop tennis they were willing to sit in nonstop meditation.  The other day I went home and took a break for lunch. I didn’t run a tennis video but just had my watch.  As an act of moderation I sometimes take a swim.

Oh God make listening to the sound current my philosophy. If you say your five magic words you can go to heaven. If you become a Saint you can state that which is obvious. I have always maintained that the solution to all of your problems was out of this world. My Soul is in the hands of Sat Nam and my body has become Dust.  My new name is Dusty.  I refuse to play tennis when it is Gusty.  So far my thoughts have accomplished nothing. The accuracy in typing since IBM Pc has gone backwards.  I have become One with God, has God become One with me?  I sit perfectly still by the front door. I often say “God I am here and wait for him to appear”.  Having a lot of thoughts about the past can turn you into a delapitated retard.  If you are lucky and have been given the magic words you can transform your body via central processing and reach that which is essential.  When I sit the fact that I am not having a thought can be my communication.  You can refresh your brain instead of just sitting back and watching everything go down the drain.  Concentration needs no explanation. What I want is more of what I have not what others have so I will concentrate inside.  The purpose of being 69 is to just go beyond time and climb.  You don’t have to pay attention to anyone but your Guru.  If you just detach into nothingness God is forced to love you.  You can have no body, no mind, no past and no future by just sitting alone in the extreme moments before sunlight.  If you do Simran long enough you can shatter the darkness.  Pay attention to the Master at least for an hour.  To plan for the future you concentrate on the present.  You can put your Soul into the recharging unit by just sitting in long term contemplation.  Partitioning your brain to be upright in a frame can be monumental and lead to an enlightened condition.  You can do long-term refueling by just sitting in long-term contemplation. Castration is unnecessary if you have long time semen retention as your intension.  Going to Princeton for one day is like completing your doctorate if you are already a Saint. Saving your sperm is the same thing as sitting long-term.  You can cultivate sprouts of light instead of just having doubts. You can make a long term appointment with God so long you just stay there and never return. Extremely long term Simran can actually be your revenge. The main problem is having a “woke” brain instead of a “woke” Soul.  You can separate yourself from matter and don’t have to be always scattered.  If you sit like Buddha and give up thought you can become a Saint.  Your PTS thoughts of 25 years have proven useless and action or meditation has been better.  Meditation should last at least as long as the marathon.  With semen retention and starvation you can at least achieve honorable mention. You can establish the advanced habit of sitting upright like Buddha.  Knowledge, Training, Timing, Habit, retention and detachment accumulated these are all factors that can lead to the manifestation of the sound current. Even Henny and Penny and a Zabuton can be helpful. You can be God conscious just by logging off.
