“my Soul, once free of doubt, will merge with Shabd”
Poem:
As a retirement present you can increase your meditation time to six hours and get in tune with your self. Afterwards you can play tennis for two hours. You can then loosen up your muscles in the pool. You can get rid of all your stuff and be free of clutter. You can pursue advanced yoga. You can go to Sach Khand as your first stop. The deepness of your spiritual state can completely eliminate all your negative impulses. Your job could be to be a statue. You can anchor your brain in the practice of reading scripture. Your Guru can be your long time period friend. By not eating you can achieve some degree of solemnity. You can save yourself during pandemic with crutches like books and piano. If you want to be thoughtful think of the tunnel. Your knees could be like a palace structure. Your time capsule could be transcendental. If you do Simran at the eye focus you can overcome slow pokiness. Long time period contemplation can change your complexion and make you constructive. If you started a decade ago your third eye (til) could be fully operational during a pandemic. You don’t have to be an academic. The procedure process of the sitting is quite kinetic. Good solid meditation could be your final consolation of philosophy. To sit for a long period in the cross-legged state is agreeable if you practice your yoga regularly. It can be essential. Bach fugues are good for the brain. If you don’t have any desires then you can enjoy enlightenment for a while. “my Soul, once free of doubt, will merge with Shabd”
