Supererogatory Devotion
Poem:
Meditation three times a day is the real trinity. Instead of sitting like a dead tree log you can add some zest and zeal to your practice by being inspired with devotion. Instead of hesitating while meditating you can head right straight to Homer’s South Gate while enjoying trickledown. The water can flow over the rocks right into your bones. You can do your Simran for very long. You can do all your traveling just in your fifties and then assume when you retire in your sixties there will be a pandemic. It might be more convenient to reach enlightenment. You can get your Doctorate in just being inside yourself. The best thing for the health of your Ego is Annihilation. You can setup a systematic process. Instead of wasting time you can sit in contemplation. You can formulate rules for building up your concentration just by observation. You can begin by just not moving. You could just stay at home. You can extend your spiritual retreat until April Fifteenth. You can have supererogatory devotion and send prayers to Elmhurst. Sometimes more is needed than just impersonal contemplation. The birds started to sing again at 6:10 In mysticism you try to be exponential you don’t want to flatten the curve - you want to stay up high in another place. When it is all over Coronis will have given birth to Asclepius and we will all sleep better.
