Tennis legs

Poem:

I would like to be a winner in the game of Life. That’s why I pray for God’s Grace in its “ultimate measure”. I don’t close the hymnal when it comes to worship. I try to make my discipline frequent. Instead of developing Covid toes I get tennis legs. I keep my Simran constant to repair my brain. I start in the morning at four repeating the five charged words real slow. My spinal column is clear except for an occasional fruit. At the top of your head you can drink champagne that is coming from heaven. You can be a uniform practitioner even in the middle of summer. A lot of travel may be prohibited but you can have a Guru. When you reach God consciousness you can forget about your things. The Mind unless pacified by sound current can be considered not working. That is the bottom line in this study of history. The transformation of a person can be a lot better than a technological innovation. You can transform yourself right off the earth. The composition of your Mind is something that can be replaced over time. Events of the past and the future can be considered irrelevant. Instead of drinking liquor you can repast on nectar. You can become more slim by just meditating. You could not assess your situation at all and just do Simran. The Absolute can be used for just feeding. You can weed out that which is irrelevant.

Sunday morning exercise

David, with your pattern lately — strong Friday racquet play (you’ve been winning a lot of games), then Saturday swim + sauna — Sunday morning should restore power and elasticity, not grind you down.
