The backbone of your Life

Poem:

The backbone of your life could be transcendental - you do not have to just be ordinary. If you regularly practice eventually you will always hit at a 100mph. If you reach a state of total annihilation you can regenerate yourself better than stimulation to your stem cells. You do not have to be a member of the bourgeoisie farm hands or even the proletariat. There is no need to stick your head into the materialistic meat grinder associated with the Federal Court. You can move your consciousness up into your head instead of be water logged down in your bones like you were dead. If you want to achieve superconsciousness you should go into a tunnel. You should forget about the log jams you self created. A reduction in the processes of the mind can be reduced over time. Eating in a restaurant is a very bourgeoisie activity I don’t normally do it a real man eats just light and sound. Even if you sin you should continue to meditate. Meditation isn’t just for Saints. You can break through the clouds and observe the light instead of just sitting on your hands. You do not need a dog and a cat because that would cause you to waste time. When you reach advanced you just become a priest and travel you could be a bit like Basho.

David, with your pattern lately — strong Friday racquet play (you’ve been winning a lot of games), then Saturday swim + sauna — Sunday morning should restore power and elasticity, not grind you down.
