The bliss of one hour is like two if you have a Guru

Poem:

If you want to be cured you have to submit to treatment which is by annihilation. When you sit in the morning you can think of the Great Buddha as taking his seat. You can overcome your own personal darkness just by consideration. You can eat minute but well. It is best to be well underway on the path in these Circumstances. America’s big problem with materialism lies with just the individual. You can reduce yourself to a simple procedure. You can create bliss which is unending. You can leave behind a trail of poems like falling stars. Not having satsang at home every day is the same thing as losing 85% of your time. You can practice breakthrough spirituality instead of going to the dog races. When you turn 65 you should be in good health and then go into three hours meditation as though it were five years. Your practice could be exponential. The bliss of three hours meditation is like 8, the bliss of six hours meditation is like 64, the Bliss of twelve hours of meditation is like 4,096. That is why you could just stay home in place and try 12. You do not need a calculator to be more like a Simpleton. The bliss of just one hour is like two: 2^1 if you have a Guru. You can’t even go out because it is like a long blizzard.
