The Meditation Marathon
Poem:
It is not polite to ask someone how well their meditation marathon is going. In mystical circles asking how many hours you meditate is like asking someone how much money they make- maybe because it is money. You can do QE printing in fact right in the center of your brain. Many just do it in secret. You can accidentally inflate your ego. Instead of buying flight insurance you could always accelerate your practice. If you ease up on the impact of your hit you could always relax a bit. You could use a little more Zen and lower the impact on your hip. Instead of reciting the Quran from memory you can just read it once. Who is to say who is a believer? If you just sit still and you can have greater impact on a pandemic. Instead of having food desires you can just empty your pantry. You can be a black swan poet or just say you are being realistic. You could always just go up on the roof. You could just sun bath like it were spring break.
