Poem:

You can meditate from 4:30 to 7 and achieve two and a half hours. If you are tired - it may because you were not rational. For a while you can remember God - that could be your security checkpoint. Sitting upright is sort of the opposite of being wrong. There is only the right side and the wrong side. By deep contemplation you can remove all the particles that inhibit poetry and just write automatically. You do not have to drive fast to make up for the fact that you can not laugh. Bliss in its ultimate measure is found in the same place from which comes ultimate grace it is not a physical place. You can acquire physical strength as just aftershock to spiritual annihilation. You do not have to enter a wasteland but can transform instantly like a monarch butterfly. You can go to California and gaze at the Pacific. If it helps to pray in Hindi I will. If you can’t meditate enough than you can just remove some of your stuff. You can think of yourself as already in union with Sat Naam. What are you gonna do when you have no karma?
