Poem:

The fact that you can go “In” is an opportunity thus you should not leave it! There is no reason not to extend it - your meditation that is. After all your mind needs the healing you my as well mend it. Longer time might bend it like Beckham. A good Sikh may respect him - Guru Nanak that is. I have not read enough Kabir I fear. I need to find a good book. I often get more training when it is raining. You should not put yourself into it casually it would be better if it was entirely. Saying you have no time is a big fat lie. It is only recently that a great amount of truth has come to the horizon. It is truly astonishing. Your brain can now be the librarian. You sweep away the Dusty World with the whispering wind. The more you are awake the more you tend to meditate. Time is the measure. If you think you have a lot of it then you must be a Fool. How do you meditate faster is a question for a Zen Master.
