Poem:

To consider super-consciousness as just normal is maybe the key to humility. While ordinary consciousness all along was sub-normal. The ideal condition of man is to be totally enlightened. The fact that many aren’t is just a circumstance. Despite being a long time practitioner, I still have very few transcendental powers, not to mention wealth and power. The peace and harmony does feel great. So what did I gain from meditation? To sit still for a long time is sublime. You can sit cross-legged like Buddha. Your every day life can be lived with Buddha-Mind. That is one way to avoid danger. DS Poem August 28, 2018
