Poem:

Is Prat-ya-hara an onomatopoeia? Is today’s Zen koan. Pratyahara is where you round up the goats or cattle. It should be natural. Goats like to roam about so to get them back takes some skill. It is difficult to be simple. In the West it is not typical. A man’s goal is to go all the way to Sach Khand not just to touch the Moon. It takes enhanced determination and a much longer practice. To sit still for a very long time is truly sublime. You should do it all the time. That is my new buy-line. The cosmic words have tremendous power. With extreme devotion the issue of pratyahara never even comes up. Though it might be needed when you do not have an empty stomach. A developed taste for celestial light makes the attractions of the outer world seem trite. It is no secret that my philosophy is biased towards the extremely mystical. The day will come when even the most worldly of people realize that what I have done ( my not I ) is practical. Religious devotion is one thing that can’t be done by robots. The robots realized that it is the only thing mankind can do to stop wreaking the planet. That’s why pratyahara is very political. A turtle in his shell is somewhat safe from disaster. Regarding the answer to the riddle, I do not know the answer, that’s why you have to contemplate it for many hours. I’m trying to completely regenerate my brain and leave behind my remains.
