Poem:
Natural alertness and total detachment are key elements for preparation for launch. It is a matter of lifestyle. It all comes with prioritization, inspiration, time allocation, meditation, dedication, no hesitation, heavy repetition and perspiration. You repeat five transcendental words and it is like floating down five rivers in the Punjab. Whether you are flowing up or in is a matter of semantics but we know it is still and requires execution of the Will. You can either stimulate the Gods or let them stimulate you. You can think of the Master without distraction as if you have learned to pay attention. You can take control of your environment and sit in stillness and solitude. Whether you are totally enlightened doesn’t matter. To a Master stability of practice is better. You don’t need a head shrinker if you are empty. You can live part of the time in a separate world with one of them though a wormhole. It is like you have two homes with one in Malibu. It may seem ridiculous to enjoy so much sweetness but I am actually seeking annihilation. It would be good to just flood my brain with sound current. I could wash away my memories and push restart instead. My physical body can be completely abandoned. While in Malibu I mostly just listen to the roar of the Ocean. There truly is a God channel. The earth has music for those who listen. I am supposed to write a second book on the music of the spheres on the Poetry of the English Renaissance. Apparently Shakespeare used to hear it. Though currently I am reading Farid to learn about the Sufi Way in Arabic. Maybe I should read the entire collection of the Classics of Western Spirituality one by one. I could become more Scholastic. Though I am also reading Emily. I currently prefer fine poetry. Every morning I do a reenactment for the purpose of my refinement there is too much risk in leaving it until evening. To sit still is sublime and leads to the divine. DS Poem October 23, 2018 We like a Hairbreadth ‘scape…” (1175) Emily Dickinson We like a Hairbreadth ‘scape It tingles in the Mind Far after Act or Accident Like paragraphs of Wind If we had ventured less The Breeze were not so fine That reaches to our utmost Hair Its Tentacles divine. Of so divine a Loss We enter but the Gain, Indemnity for Loneliness That such a Bliss has been. by Emily Dickinson poem 1179
Malibu is named for the Ventureño Chumash settlement of Humaliwo, which translates to “The Surf Sounds Loudly.”
