Poem:

The best thing for tomorrow morning’s concentration is to sit in the evening. It is good if in the morning your head is beaming. To be more fully alive you should more of the time be dead. You can stop troubling yourself with details. You can do Simran only. The past and future only exists when you are moving. When you yourself are the center of gravity everything is gathering. You can sit in concentration and procrastinate your brain scattering. DS Poem November 24, 2018 There is a Zone whose even Years No Solstice interrupt — Whose Sun constructs perpetual Noon Whose perfect Seasons wait — Whose Summer set in Summer, till The Centuries of June And Centuries of August cease And Consciousness — is Noon. Poem 1056 Emily Dickinson
