Poem:

It is better to occasionally be a Buddhist than be a thinker. While you are in Meditation doing Simran you might notice your breathe - that at least puts you into the present. A thought sends you off on a lost mission. I would not want to be a Jesuit climbing the Andes, when I could be a Zen Buddhist like Saigyo or Basho.
