Drooping Flower Someone who has not meditated is like a drooping flower. To be resilient takes reoccurring sitting. Once a day is not enough. Being tired is precisely when to start. You can have the “body electric” again without being Walt Whitman. Just cross your legs and stare. You don’t need a chair. Your Brain is something you can repair. Anytime can be refreshing.
