Poem:

Simran Backwards The thought of God, has to be practiced in the body to come into Being. First you have Knowledge, then Action, then Reality. A new personality is just new habits deeply ingrained. In some cases you have to just start at the beginning again and say Simran out loud so you Brain can hear it and assimilate it again. It often times does not get it. If you try Simran backwards you come to realize just how poor was your attention. You can even try one at a time until you get there. DS Poem January 20, 2019 #simran
