To Make Life Meaningful Poem: The only way I see to make Life meaningful is to put that which is important in chronological order: first comes meditation which should get longer and longer, then reading scripture and yes I mean being an intellectual, then comes exercise and then only later comes eating. Of course you can have green tea all day long. If you are not retired you can start work at eleven. Afternoon is free time for shopping and cooking and cleaning etc., by sundown it could be time for a second sitting. Evening meditation stabilizes the morning just like evening yoga helps your morning lotus posture. Pious deeds are the natural outcome of mystical experiences so you do not have to worry that much about them according to early Sufism. It is more important that you penetrate into the light with frequent Simran. I have already said Spirituality is just time management.
