When Sawan Singh asks me to “hold the position for three hours” what is he asking me? To be a professional yogi? He should appear and show me! If you want to be old fashion you could always pursue an old Master. It appears the effects of the various mudras suggested by the yogis is mostly correct. Especially the one where you sit up straight and concentrate at the center of your brain. It may seem to take a long time at first but after a while it begins to accelerate. As I already said, it is exponential. Very heavy repetition is essential. I find in Sufism there are many more stations (Maqam) and states (Hal). It seems strange that I am already an old man but still just a beginner. I had better hurry up.
