The Way to be Empty is simply to be Empty: stop eating so much and stop thinking so much, stop filling up your brain with clutter. You can sit in an empty room and stare at a spot on the wall - it is called Tratak. You can disconnect your cable and get broadcast TV or none at all. When I lived in the City I had a TV but I only got one channel for free. The question of changing the channel never came up because there was no other. So when Hurricane Sandy hit I was not alone I had ABC. I could watch it on TV! It is similar to being with the Master, you look at him and no other. A poem of David Smith February 1, 2019 #tratak #disconnect #broadcasttv
