Poem:

It turns out your Mind and Ego are an enemy of your own health. If they can be eliminated at least temporary you will be better off. So developing such a technique would be a good thing. They are like weeds, you can eliminate them and clean the soil in which they will grow back quickly and vehemently anyways. Especially as the soil gets richer. That can not be helped, there is nothing you can do but weed them again. But at least you can enjoy the peace that comes from accomplishment at least temporarily after each weeding. You can get use to the process of being a regenerated human. The rasa (nectar) dripping from the Moon is not naturally there, it has to be cracked open by an upside down process where you reverse the direction of your attention. It actually leads to balance. In some respects the weeds are your senses. You only have about two opportunities a day which to me seems like only a few. That One can only speak by analogy is true.
