Poem:

A quieted mind and a functioning prana is part of the Art form of mysticism. It must be like the old fashion Taoist Masters. They worried a lot about their Chi or perhaps by over coming worry raised their Chi. Most probably had a tap into a deep mine procedure where they capture cosmic energy. That’s why they all seem shrouded in mystery. It all seems a matter of Lifestyle that is ethical. Currently questions of lifestyle have come back into fashion but not so much being ethical like a church goer. Now a days you have to practice first and let the ethics then surface and materialize themselves. It is no fun to be good for no reason. If you understand the wiles of the mind, then you don’t have to wait a long while for the soul to withdraw it will go up quickly naturally. You don’t do Life planning during meditation because going into deep meditation becomes the primary goal of your Life with outer stuff as secondary. Your outer life just becomes fall out from internal nuclear explosions sort of like Dust. By greatly expanding your energy you can blow up your ego as it becomes too small to fit into your expanded universe. With more “fitr” you could get fitter. A Poem of David Smith February 23, 2019 The meaning of the word "Fitr" (Arabic: فِطر) is "opening (of something)".[1] The word "Infatarat" (Arabic: إنفَطَرَت) in the following verse is derived from a similar root with the word "Fitr": إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انفَطَرَتْ; "When the sky is rent apart [2] It is also mentioned that "Tatafattarat" (Arabic: تَفَطَّرَت) and "Infatarat" have the same meaning and "Iftar" (Arabic: إِفطار) and "Fitr" (Arabic: فِطر) are from the same root, since the fasting person opens his mouth to eat at sunset and on the day of Eid al-Fitr.[3]
