You can’t have Champagne Poem: Who is he? He is a breathing person who is sitting in position doing Simran in the early morning. Breathing, sitting and saying is like Being. Your ball of fire can be up in the sky. It is sort of like when you die. After three hours you could be just beginning. You could be a serious practitioner if you continue past the third hour. The Mind itself has gone inside and become a Yogi. The silence becomes drinkable. Just breathing and sitting you can be present. The quiet makes possible inner sound. How many bodies do you need to heal it is not clear - astral, causal? It is especially good if you form a habit. It is like sublime composure. To do Simran (Dhikr) properly you should not have much disturbance in the Chit ( mind stuff) by living the quiet life and not fighting and not talking but just walking. You can eat just vegetables baked in olive oil and salt. The sushumna nadi is like an irrigation channel which you should like to keep open if you would like to nourish your brain. Whether the Kundalini is flowing up or down is irrelevant, both ways is the same as long as it is kept flowing. You might become esoteric if you live just inside your brain but at least you are self contained. You can become dependent on tea and coffee but not champagne. A Poem of David Smith March 6, 2019
