fana al-fana Poem: A hardened mystic gets up very early and does not stay out late. With three sittings a day you can almost eliminate hate. He stays current just with the sound current. I am thinking of dry packing and saran wrapping my stuff that is how deep into decluttering I have gotten. It doesn’t cost that much. Once I stop good food hoarding I will probably get lighter. The things you accumulate is better if It is small stuff. Now I am starting to encounter the emptying out of emptiness or fana al-fana - the passing away of passing away. You can sail into the infinite and come back out again. You can take the ordinary human state as being un-evolved and assume it has to be advanced. You can take the body as in need of healing and assume meditation is therapy. You can heal your future health problems currently. You can etherealize your body and simply lighten it up. You can start with the last chapter of hatha yoga and finish. For a while your system just needs Simran. What is the effect on the heart of self-oblivion? To be able to withstand one hundred thousand miracles you need to be completely empty. The physical body can just be left alone and continue to breathe while you take your leave. It is unusual for an American to be an extremely advanced yogi but you can just follow your Guru straight up into your head and simulate being dead. Being a Sant Mat mystic is like being a baker, it is just that every morning your bake you ego. The result has the scent of fresh bread. Simran is the yeast while the sound current is the heat. Instead of eating you can just leave your physical body down on the earth plane breathing. You didn’t really abandon it and so what if you did? Besides detachment can be very relaxing. Isn’t that the current mantra? I thought that was the objective? I must be confused here?
