To be able to sit in meditation which is electrifying and gratifying is sublime. poem: To be able to sit in meditation which is electrifying is gratifying. The purpose of life could be just to sit on a Zabuton. If you are already a Man you have won. I like to speak of the obvious that is near me. You can start meditation without any personal problems, causes or issues. You can refrain from letting your brain count them and just do Simran. Your Zen Master will be very impressed. When you eat it only has to be a morsel. A morsel is the size of one square inch. It does not matter what your success in the world is if you have conquered yourself. You can become like a God all by yourself. You can train your brain just to sit still. You can create a long boulevard from your butt to your head sort of like Park Avenue called the sushumna. With the avenue open you can easily go home again. A Poem by David Smith April 9, 2019 Weslee’s Birthday

“When you fast for a while your nature is cleansed. With the pure-of-heart you may enter the garden. To become light, fast and burn like a candle. Each morsel is the link that chains you to the ground. “ Page 99, Rumi’s Little Book of the Heart by Maryam Mafi & Azima Melita Kolin “The knower of Yoga uproots all actions when the prana flows in the Sushumna and the mind enters the void.” Page 87 Chaptet four: Samadhi The Hatha Yoga Pradipika Translation by Brian Dana Akers
