poem:

I sat in silent contemplation to go into the Interior Castle like Saint Teresa in habitual union. Going inside your house is just not enough you have to go inside yourself. You can cross your legs and do Simran. If you did it has much as some people watch TV you would make rapid progress. You can withdraw from outer attractions. You can have ceremonial grade devotion. Meditation has much more impact if you have yogic intuition and sit in a fixed position. With time you gain momentum. A Poem of David Smith April 22, 2019 #teresaofavila #interiorcastle
