If you can catch the rhythm already being emitted from the Universe you will be better able to converse. Long term practice is the same as being in heaven. Your attention is just stuck in the top of your head. It is like you are already dead. A mystic is actually a person who is stuck-up. Strange that ego busting is his main practice.
