From Quran 55:26-27 come al-fana Poem: When you are a practicing mystic It is like you start out with an eraser. The first thing you do is empty your head So you can practice being dead By not eating you can access another kind of energy. If you have the initiative to sit in meditation then you can achieve ignition and obtain the highest form of nutrition. Physical strength is cool to have for executing your intensions. In the early morning you can sit in the right position It is ironic that you have to do ego busting in order to become stuck-up - where you attention gets stuck in your head and your Kundalini stays in your crown like you are King. Deep in the heart of the transcendental is annihilation. To Rabia it is a Sin to be an individual. If you look at the very last verse it suggests you should be extinct ( al- fana) while at the same time you could be everything. The point is just go there and continue to breathe - separate the Soul from the Body in otherwords. The kernal of truth (al-Haqq) can be your central processor. A True Muslim submits by going straight up instead of bowing down. He does not move for hours.
