Fry your ego Poem: After a while, meditation just becomes a session where you fry your ego. It keeps growing back so therefore needs recooking. It has a job of going out and seeking entanglement. It may be best if you just shut it off. You could be like a Zen Master who has nothing he is going after and is just present. It is like you spend most of your time just fixing a door. You can just do Simran while sitting on the floor. You can unlock the strange fact that your Soul got entrapped and transcend the body by deep contemplation with all-in concentration. You can over come death by beginning without hesitation. You can build up penetration by persistent practice in escalation. You can repent and then ask for grace. You may have years concentrated into a few days, so you had better concentrate your meditation to equal to many years in one day to offset it. If you develop good character there is no reason why you can not be Shakespeare.
