If you don’t know what to do?

The answer is you can meditate. If you have a gap in time, You can collect your prana. It is already assumed you eat light. Spiritual devotion can be perpetual. When your mind gets loose and goosey. It may be time to recenter it. You can remeditate before it gets late, And before you eat. You might stir up the harmony on the right side. You can vibrate instead of dehydrate. The third eye and Sach Khand can be your principle destination and where you put your attention. That solves all your problems related to concentration. You don’t need any further analytics regarding your situation. If your legs fold under you conveniently and you are alert and awake you are lucky- lucky enough for the work. A non-disturbance of Mind can be your harmony. You can plunge into non-existence as your morning ritual and call it being spiritual. The preservation of Semen can be like your Ocean. You can recharge your face almost like you were a Tesla. The Simran can go straight to your brain and rearrange your cell structure and alter your DNA. Sitting perfectly still and doing Simran is like clearing  the clouds out of the sky while holding your flying saucer so you can enter outer space. It is like becoming dead before your time which prevents your having any fear of identity thief. When you die you can not take with you - your bank account.
