What shall I Do Poem: If you don’t know what to do and it is before a meal: you can meditate. Having a healthy balance between spiritual, intellectual and physical requires a lot of training, it helps to not waste energy on just thoughts. Instantaneous union while sitting on the floor is best, maybe your brain will get it eventually. Carefully developed wisdom supports daily practice. Reading scriptures has been recommended. At some point wise men realize that discipline is inspiration. The effects of practice discipline is consistent results which is a lot better in the long run.
