The Eighth Deadly Sin Poem: When you meditate three hours in the morning then you do not commit the eighth sin. The Human Soul needs its nectar for breakfast in order to not be irritable. When the Soul eats first then the body does not crave so much and therefore gets very slim. Peevishness is the eighth sin and was known in the age of Chaucer as “peuyshnes” in Old English. Each individual can manufacture love instead of peevishness by sitting in contemplation.
