The Point Poem: The point at which you have to pay attention can come preloaded if you just avoid too much food and sex and prepare your body with yoga the day before. Preparation for meditation is Lifestyle. Ethics is the same thing as being compatible. Religion can be self generated from your own personal style. You can be like Lao Tzu and just hangout in the park. You can take your bike, yoga mat and tennis racket and still be very quiet. You could just go deeper on the inside and then just write poetry. You can shine up your bike like it was your own mind. Feng shui could reorganize your room. There are lots of possibilities in deep quietude. You could meet your guru on another plane. You could bring materialism to an end. Concentration is somewhat accumulative because it is habitual that is what can be used to your advantage. Being totally enlightened is the same thing as being celibate, that is what they don’t tell you, because you may be attached to the ladies and want to marry, but they can be better appreciated completely detached from. Once you reach the Sublime then you can transcend time. Sahans dal kanwal is actually in your crown. You can warm yourself up with remembrance. You develop your own concepts or just adapt those of your Guru. In time you could just overcome the Mind. After you learn to sit still you will greatly increase your Will and return still. Time’s encomium will be precious rather than threatening. You could have daily satsang instead of weekly to create compression. With Simran you can be rehabilitated after being dissipated. It is like God’s gift. If your Mind has overheated you can slow it down. Embedded in the simple talks of the Master is Wisdom.
