Drink less Coffee Poem: If you tell people the number one elixir is divine and non-material, they won’t know what to make of it. Not everyone can wake up fully alert. To some extent you can manufacture Grace though routine and or obedience. The need for a special flower could be an illusion. Sat Naam could not be more explicir. Simran could be done like an additive. Extinguishing the Self though devotion could be your religion which you execute alone. I suppose the purpose of yoga is to move your attention up to your headspace. The fact that you can make new photos from a negative is really empowering. Without full blown maha-samadhi daily I don’t see how man can give up his desires. You have to be a self-annihilator to become a curator. It might help to make sure you develop. At least half of your day should be spiritual, in the other half you can tear apart your house and throw away all the junk. You could then just travel the world using a dual screen surface for your scores. You could eat just one meal a day or none at all. You can exercise until you become strong instead of wait so long. The dull attachment to the world is so Pervasive it goes all the way back to being an animal. That’s why when the Third Eye becomes operational you should use it. You can drink less coffee and withdraw as usual. Love in a fringe universe only makes the current one better. You can think about whether you are great or just do Simran. Doing a key word search is sort of like Simran you get what you plug in. A Poem by David Smith October 11, 2019 #simran #satnaam #elixir #mahasamadhi #multiverse #coffee

Nice Saturday — swim + sauna + plant protein is a very recovery-oriented combination. Given how much racquet sport volume you’ve had lately, that was smart. Edamame vs. Tofu — what’s the difference? B
