Sitting in meditation consistently is very similar to being Buddha. You can practice very often instead of just getting started. Solemnity can be good for your brainstem. You can actually achieve quiet. Instead of sleeping your Soul can be magnetic. Your time does not have to be transitory it can be made divine. You can divinize your body by sitting all the time. You can perform a trick of not having an Ego. You can broaden your horizons to include the inside. You can complement your extreme devotion with extreme sports to insure completion. You can hit the ball with a perfect slice. The structure of your thoughts make a difference that’s why I prefer to cultivate them. You can take advice from the old Masters or you could just be left out. You should be able to sit like a dead tree log in perfect contentment. The sound current should be very loud. You can insist upon a daily samadhi. A near death experience does not have to be accidental. Spiritual experiences which are just occasional is very unstable and makes you emotional. The instant on, all the time third eye is much better. You can be touched by the Divine and then just ask Him to come all the time. Rather than being disturbed you can sit in meditation undisturbed. Your purpose can be pre-established and you just continue. A Poem by David Smith NYC October 24, 2019 #tennis
