Meditation and Tennis Poem: Each day I accomplish two things and then struggle to do a third thing. I start with meditation and reading, then do exercise. In the evening I return to meditation and might play the piano. You can be a forgotten poet and still do Simran and just become the remembered. Going into the timeless is what the most matters. If you are slim and your knees bend very well then you have an advantage. You could read about Haiku and Zen. The main event of each day could be complete withdrawal into bliss. You can do a podcast and either read fast or slow. You can reduce your stuff with active decluttering as it is more comfortable for a Buddhist to be a minimalist. You can fill the emptiness with bliss. The doctrine of withdrawal is about getting lighter - that is what is nice about it - you can also become exclusively positive. Most of the time all that I accomplish is to meditate, write poetry and play tennis. I also podcast and play piano. It is only in the afternoon that we do serious eating.
