Concentration at the third eye can be intentional, it does not have to be casual.

Forgetting to pray can be very damaging. The body can be electrifying instead of just dying. You can get up early in the morning and awake the Master. If you have a yeti then you can make more coffee. Everyone in stop time is actually a mystic. You can rush to do Simran as a way to correct all your mistakes. You can just thank God for the opportunity and always say Gracious Senor at every opportunity. You can state your claim by just doing Simran meticulously. You do not have to be a head shrinker to achieve concentration. You can have a tea party with each of the five Gods.  You are never alone but can be fully loaded. You can fulfill your dreams by just not moving. Before breakfast it is good to transition. Even if you imagine that you have current issues you can just do Simran instead. You can give yourself up to heaven by just doing Simran. You do not have to be left behind like a door hanger. Simran done at the beginning of time is actually the gospel. Your thoughts can wonder around and then just be caught in a noose. You can make your own Great Awakening by just sitting in longer contemplation.  You do not have to negotiate your situation but can just escape through a trap door. You can harvest your Simran as deep devotion and further reduce your motion and emotion.
