The well tempered
Poem:
You can grow the sound current like it were a sprout simply by watering it with Simran. If you take up the ultra insane long timeframe meditation path then you can unlock the inner world. Instead of waiting until tomorrow you can get up in a hurry like you were about to take an early flight. For awhile you could just be blessed by God. The penetration of attention can be strengthened with repetition. You can replace your house with just your body and sink inside yourself. Any time that you put in can improve your quality. Calmness in general may help your achieve stillness. Many still rely on learning and scripture to promote devotion. You can listen to talks by Kirpal for inspiration. You can socially distance yourself from your thoughts and just become spirit. You do not have to just sit there like a dead tree log. You can become well-tempered by just playing the Clavier. You can use the five-charged words to open-sesame the sound-current.
Instead of waiting until you get old - you can actually go to the center of your brain.
Discovering the circle of nectar (amrit mandal) could be your goal. You could awaken yourself through Bullhe Shah. You can just use concentration to achieve significant elation. You can just stay by yourself at a hipcamp. Instead of fostering a scattered attention you can keep your mind in check. The right kind of mind can be obtained if you keep up a practice. You can go into Samadhi as your principal remedy. You can recharge as a person instead of just being rundown. Swami Ji says man is like a punctured float with the air slowly running out.
