There is a very nice retirement package

Poem:

There is a very nice retirement package where you put in 20,000 hours by meditating six hours a day for ten years. You start at 65 and are done at 75. If you don’t last that long it will be ok. One of the things you do is stretch your back and knees. The doctors are totally enlightened and treat everything in advance. During the day you literally take a victory lap by walking around the park. The curry recipe you eat is nearly perfect. The spiritual lessons incorporate all religions. It is much more than simple yoga. It is almost as good as sitting in a hot spring in Japan. You can walk up Mt Fuji at the conclusion. It should be very relaxing like being in Kyoto. Unlike Unborn Zen it is like being Reborn instead. Many people doing Tai Chi already have the right attitude, they just need to improve their latitude. Physical health is still transitory but can improve your position and is good for your religion. They now have a credit card just for your head that counts your hours. The spiritually rich are just getting richer while the spiritually poor are just getting poorer. As long as you sit perfectly still you can earn a lot of miles. The robots may decide to electrocute those who have not developed in their head. If you are hypersensitive to hot or cold you may be sent to Mars or Nome. That is why I recommend practice whether you are young or old.

Gratitude feedback loop

That line from Masnavi reflects one of Jalal al-Din Rumi’s deepest psychological and metaphysical principles: gratitude is not merely moral politeness — it is an energetic amplifier of human capacity.
