Poem:

Meditation is like a beautiful and an ugly lady. You don’t judge them. This one was beautiful and this one is ugly. They are all the same if your practice is not lame. I wanted to celebrate the spirit of 76, so I felt that Cleveland had just the right temperature for outdoor meditation and it was all just for me. Therefore I could take that as transcendental. But as I have said, every meditation has gone to samadhi, so there is not such a need to say it was great. Of course it is great if you did not start late. The earlier in the morning the better. A real professional would start at 2. That is if meditation becomes a sport. The folding of the yoga mat is news. There is also the additional matter as to whether you added honey. When the sun is rising there is no need to be striving. Stress is just due to the fact that the future you want to guess. Maybe you should just rest. The sun rose only to set again in a cloud.
